We're taking the party outside!

Join us for the final portion of our Rally for Reading - Summer Reading Program Launch Party at Clarke County Library! Our theme this year is "Color Our World" so we will be having a color party in Rose Hill park (just outside the library) from 4 to 4:30 pm!

What's a color party? It's a celebration of color and fun! Put on an old t-shirt (or a white t-shirt for maximum color effect) and join the celebration by throwing handfuls of non-toxic, non-permanent colored powder at your friends and family.

Let's "Color our World!"

The library will provide plenty of colored powder and face masks for all who wish to participate. Though the colored powder is non-staining, it is recommended that all participants wear old clothes (or a white t-shirt chosen just for this event) and plan on getting dirty. Face masks will cover the nose and mouth, so feel free to wear sunglasses or goggles if you feel your eyes need more protection. There will be wipes after the event to clean your hands and face. Re-entry into the library will not be permitted after participating in the color party. Loose powder will shake off of clothing, but color may remain until washing.
