About the presenter: Dr. Brent L. Kendrick is the author of In-Bed: My Year of Foolin’ Around and Green Mountain Stories. After a twenty-five-year career at the Library of Congress, where he received the institution’s Distinguished Service Award, he taught more than 7,000 students at Laurel Ridge Community College over twenty-three years. Dr. Kendrick spoke last year at Bowman Library on the topic of Reinvention vs. Retirement, and the Friends of HRLS are thrilled to welcome him back.
