What better way to celebrate the 44th year of the Friends of Handley Regional Library System than to attend the Annual Meeting and learn about historical figures of Winchester.

Tim Youmans will offer an over of about 26 persons of historical significance who have a connection to Winchester.. Tim expects there will be some the audience recognizes along with a few surprise faces.

Tim Youmans is the Director of Planning for Winchester City.  He has kindly stepped in when Mike Robinson had to cancel this program at the last minute. .
