Do you love graphic novels so much you just have to talk about it? Maybe you can't squeeze in a full novel each month but you still want to talk about books? We have the solution for you! Join our brand new graphic novel book club and get out your feels about these pint-sized stories that pack a huge punch or explore a brand new medium and experience this emerging art form that blends complex storytelling with vivid artwork. Graphic novels aren't just for kids and teens and we've got a list of award-winners lined up that we'd love to share with you.

The book for September is: Resident Alien, written by Peter Hogan and illustrated by Steve Parkhouse. It's available now on Hoopla and there is a print copy available here.

This group will be meeting virtually on the last Wednesday of each month via Zoom. All titles will be selected from our virtual collection on Hoopla so that as many people as possible will get a chance to read it. If you need help getting started with Hoopla, check out our video about the service and feel free to contact the Info Desk at any branch for one-on-one assistance.
