Learn how to improve your flexibility, stability, balance and strength with Pilates.
Bring your yoga mat and join Erica Zambanini from Carriage House Pilates and Wellness in a series of basic Pilates movement. Beginners welcome but be prepared to work your core (and be able to move to and from the floor with ease).
No registration required, but space is limited to 12.
