Jim Morris

Jim Morris of Back Porch Banjos is a gifted performer, (singer and lead guitarist,) and sound technician. Jim makes his own instruments from the most unlikely materials. A retired police officer, he has opened for Franky Valli and the Four Seasons, Fats Domino, Jerry Lee Lewis, and others. Jim and his wife, Kim, live in Springfield.

Bill Harris

Bill Harris has recently retired from his chimney-sweep business. On bass, Bill has opened for George Jones, Seldom Seen, Vince Gill, and others. Bill flashes the smile of a new grandfather. Bill and his wife, Anita, live in Augusta.

Steve Bailes

On rhythm guitar and vocals, Steve Bailes is a retired Hampshire County teacher and unretired farmer-- a guy who doesn't know a stranger in these parts. Steve and his wife, Terry Lynn, live in North River Mills.

George Constantz

Retired from ecological research and teaching, but not from writing, George beats his vintage Slingerland drums. George and his wife, Nancy live in High View.
