This endearing compendium covers high moments from the great period of MGM musicals from the late 1920s to the 1950s.  As such, it marks a fitting end to our three year-series of classic Hollywood musicals.  The narrators are the retired star performers who made this era what it was, including Gene Kelly, Fred Astaire, Frank Sinatra, Judy Garland and Bing Crosby.
