In today's digital age, we capture thousands of photos annually with smartphones, cameras, and other devices. While taking photos is easier than ever, it can be overwhelming to keep them organized, easily accessible, and safe for future use. Struggling to keep your digital photos under control? In this workshop, we’ll focus on two critical areas: Backup and Metadata. Learn how to create a reliable backup system with the 3-2-1 rule to ensure your photos are safe from loss. We’ll also explore metadata management, covering how to view, manage, and enhance your file information to keep your photos organized and searchable. By mastering these principles, you'll gain peace of mind knowing your cherished memories are protected and easy to find, making your photo management process smoother and more efficient.

Tina Claflin is the owner of Halcyon Reflections, a certified photo manager, and offers independent consulting and organizing services for veterans, families, and non-profits to help others get organized to preserve their stories.
