SCOPE AND CONTENT: This collection contains certificates of appreciation from B’nai B’rith, Junior Chamber of Commerce, and Selective Service Committee presented to Mr. Benjamin Belchic.

BIOGRAPHICAL/HISTORICAL: Benjamin Belchic was born on July 10, 1908 in Philadelphia, PA, the son of Abraham and Rachel Roseman Belchic. He came to Winchester, VA in 1932. He married Frances Louise Eutsler in 1941. Ben Belchic died on December 29, 1977 and is buried in Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Winchester, VA.
