SCOPE AND CONTENT: The Civilian Conservation Corps Collection contains research notes and other materials belonging to Paul Wesley Dick.

BIOGRAPHICAL/HISTORICAL: The Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) was a work relief program for unemployed, unmarried men. Most of the work was manual labor related to the conservation and development of natural resources in rural areas. The program ran from 1933 to 1942.
