SCOPE AND CONTENT: The First Night Winchester Collection contains a brief history, general information, volunteer instructions, several brochures and programs, and buttons for First Night Winchester, an annual event in Old Town Winchester on New Year’s Eve.

BIOGRAPHICAL/HISTORICAL: Founded by Kathy Nerangis in 1986, First Night Winchester in an annual event on the Old Town Walking Mall held every New Year’s Eve. First Night Winchester is a member of First Night USA, an organization founded in Boston, MA in 1976 and dedicated to organizing First Night celebrations.
