Biographical/Historical: S. Lee Grant was born to Stewart and Margaret Grant. January 16, 1907, in Winchester, VA. He graduated from Handley High School in June 1925 and was a member of Braddock Street M.E. Church. Beginning in 1939, Grant served as Winchester City Manager for many years. He died in 1983 and was buried at Mt. Hebron Cemetery.
