Biographical/Historical: Mr. Neville was born in Mount Storm, Grant County, WV on July 31, 1895. He enlisted on September 17, 1917, and was discharged from Camp Lee, Virginia. After WWI, he worked in Clarke County, VA. Irvin Neville died on March 31, 1975 and was buried at Mt. Hebron Cemetery in Winchester, VA.
