SCOPE AND CONTENT: This collection is comprised of plans, surveys, audits, minutes, and newsletters related to the work of the Old Town Development Board. The collection also includes a reference book on costumes of 1890. 

BIOGRAPHICAL/HISTORICAL: The Old Town Development Board started out as the Downtown Development Association in 1977, then changed to the Downtown Development Board, and in the mid-1990s became the Old Town Development Board. The group works with local businesses to promote commerce in the downtown area, improve the streetscape, and to develop activities for the downtown area. The Board also works to attract new businesses to the area.
