SCOPE AND CONTENT: This collection contains the 2005 report of the Opportunity Winchester Committee.

BIOGRAPHICAL/HISTORICAL:  The Opportunity Winchester Committee was created by the City Council in 2002 to address a variety of needs concerning Winchester. After meeting for three years and receiving input from the community, it reported in 2005 a variety of recommendations, and statistics for improving conditions within Winchester.
