Scope and Content: This Linda Morrison Sutton Collection contains genealogical material pertaining to the Clatterbuck, Cullers, and Cole families. Additional material traces the descendants of Jean Delon, Joseph Noel and Nicholas Strausbach. Information There is also information about the ownership of Spring Hill Farm in Frederick County, Virginia.

Biographical/Historical: Linda Morrison Sutton was born in Warren County, VA in 1918 and lived and worked in Winchester, VA for most of her life. Upon retirement, she moved to Harrisonburg, VA where she died in 2006. Sutton was the author of “History of the Cole, Dillon, Martin Families of Adams County, PA” and “The Cole, Clatterbuck, Cullers Families of Frederick and Page Counties, VA.”
