SCOPE AND CONTENT: The collection contains the scrapbook of the TAC (Teen Age Club) of Winchester, Frederick County, Virginia. The scrapbook has a variety of pictures, newspaper articles, letters, and memorabilia from the club dating from the late 1950s to the late 1960s.

BIOGRAPHICAL/HISTORICAL: The TAC Club was founded in 1958 in conjunction with the newly completed War Memorial Building at Jim Barnett Park. The club offered a variety of social activities for Winchester and Frederick County teenagers.
