SCOPE AND CONTENT: This collection is comprised of correspondence, brochures, articles, certificates, and other materials concerning the Winchester-Frederick County (Virginia) Veterans Council and their activities.

BIOGRAPHICAL/HISTORICAL: The Winchester-Frederick County Veterans Council is an organization that honors and remembers veterans in the Winchester-Frederick County area. It is composed of representatives from the American Legion, Conrad-Hoover Post #21,  Disabled American Veterans—Stonewall Jackson #9, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the U.S., Posts 2123 and 9646.
