Enjoy learning about a new tea, a timely well-being topic, and a supportive movement sequence with Adrian VanKeuren and Dr. Lyle Wilson, the Tai Chi and Qigong teachers (and self-described tea nerds) from MoveMentation.
Each session will introduce a new tea, a new topic, and a new movement to support your wellness journey.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring water to drink. You can bring your own reusable cup for tea, or one can be provided for you.
All levels welcome. Free and open to the public. No registration required but space is limited. Appropriate for ages 16+.
